Question 7130e backlight

Please Login to Remove!

I have the backlight set to 100% in my options on my Verizon 7130e. I also use PocketDay and have it set to activate the backilight on removal from holster.
When I remove the BB from its holster the backlight is on, but not at 100%. To get it to 100% i have to push the on/off botton on top of the 7130e to make the light go to 100%.
This seems new to me or maybe I was just unobservant before now.
Can anyone enLIGHTen me on how the 7130e backlight is supposed to behave?
Thanks all.....

I don't know how it is supposed to behave but my phone works like you describe. You get a boost of backlight by hitting the on/off switch.

Maybe Verizon figured out that the true 100% causes retinal damage in low lighting conditions and they are protecting us from ourselves. IMO, 100% is pretty bright and I only need the boost when in direct sunlight.

You can install BBLight. Dont know if it works on the 7130, but its worth a shot. Did I mention its free. You can find it by searching this forum.
