Hi All,

I have searched high and low and found a couple of posts relating to my query - one of them said that he followed the step-by-step directions from the RIM Knowledge base but the link that was there was dead :(

My D500 sees the 8700C but only as a "voice gateway". On the other hand, the 8700 says that services provided are: Headset, Handsfree, Desktop Connectivity, Wireless Bypass.

I consider myself to be somewhat technical but quite honestly I am just trying to get past this. Thanks for your help and I apologize if this has been discussed in previous posts.
