Unfortunately, I got the same response. Adam did say to check back with him in a few weeks to check the DB again. I also tried another source (double the price) and got the same answer.
I have asked a contact from the company I work for to check with their contact at Cingular (corporate account) to see if they can provide the unlock code. I also just contacted

to see if he can do it. He has a thread or two going here advertising he can unlock Cingular phones. We'll see.
