NO BB Browser Icon (resent service book)

i had to get my BB 8700c replaced. So i:

1. re-registered the phone
2. Activated "Individual Email Activation"
3. Went to my profile and resent my service book
4. received email that says "successful activation"

my radio/reception says "EDGE"


but still no BB Browser??




I've searched the forums and did all the steps but i have no BB Browser?!?!
can anyone help me please.. does it usually take awhile? a couple hours? a day? I have the Cingular Browser and it works (MEDIA NET), but i can't run Google Local Mobile cause it says "Network Unavailable"

You'll have to call Cingular for this if the above steps didn't resolve the matter.

Sounds like you are on BIS which means you cannot have the BB Browser. I think you're meaning to say the Internet Browser.
