Default no E-MAIL SET UP icon

Please Login to Remove!

I've using my Blackberry for enterprise email. I just decided to add my GMAIL account but there is NO icon for "e-mail set up". I know there was an icon at one time but don't think I've seen it since my 7100t 4.0.2.49 upgrade.

Any ideas?

Look under the applications menu. Should be there. If not, then it is possible that your BES server is pushing a policy that prohibits configuring any additional emails.

I just stopped my BES service, if you are right how do I get web mail access? If run the upgrade again and say I'm not using BES will it put the icon back?

If you have Tmob-try logging into your acct. tru the website. Then click on Blackberry Internet Email.
Then on your left hand corner of the screen is the Settings menu-click on Handheld, then on the bottom of the screen-should say Send Service Books-click on that and you should be good from then.
Hope this helps,Good Luck!
