This my be a stupid question. To swich my Phone to vibrate I press and hold the # key. I do the same thing to turn vibrate off. Sometimes when I turn vibrate off It Changes somthing in the profiles ( It doesn't say phone only(active) it says (normal) in profiles) and the ringer is shut off compleatly and I miss calls. Do I have a setting wrong?

It is designed to switch between the current profile and the vibrate profile. When you press the # key the 2nd time it should return to the last active profile.
