Default POP issues with 7130e

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all. I'm a new Blackberry user. I have a Verizon 7130e that is pulling mail from a pop account. It recieves mail ok but will not delete this mail off of the Groupwise mail server at the office which is where the pop account pulls from. When I delete a mail from the device it pulls that same supposedly deleted mail back in a few minutes later.

Permanent deletion has been enabled in the web account which I thought would resolve the issue but it has not. Anyone experience the same? Any help is appreciated.

Log in to your Blackberry Web Client account via your desktop PC, edit that email account. Uncheck the box that says "Leave a copy messages on the server." That way, when BWC pulls your email from the Groupwise server, it will no longer leave a copy there.

Thats just it I would like to access the same e-mails at both the Groupwise client at the office and the handheld. It seems that I am having a difficult time getting the account to sync up in both places.

To my knowledge, the only way to get true synchronization like you're wanting is to use BES.
