Has anyone else have problem with their 8700 not being able to call from the Address Book from the main screen?

When in phone mode, you can call from the adress book. But when you're in the main screen and select Address book and select a contact to call, it doesn't call. It just sits at the phone screen.

Has anyone else have the same problem?

Have you tried to press-and-hold the green Send key? It should allow you to lookup a contact in the address book and then press Send again to make the call.

Yes 1 of my users had this issue but doing a hard reboot fixed the issue and it hasn't reappeared since.
