Default Can't forward sent messages on 7100t

Please Login to Remove!

Does anyone know why it is impossible to forward copies of sent messages from my 7100t using my default BB account (username@tmob.blackberry.net) on BIS? Every time I try, I get the dreaded red X (Unlisted Message Error).

I just discovered that if I have a separate account set up on BIS, (in my case, Yahoo Mail) I can forward the message using that account.

Any ideas? Not that big of a deal now that I know that I can send using another account. My default setup until the most recent BIS implementation at TMOB was to just forward everything to my BB from a catchall account (after spam filtering, etc.), and use just my [email address] account (which in turn used another address as my sent mail address) for all mail sending. I guess I will use the Yahoo Mail account on my 7100t in a pinch.

The only problem with using the Yahoo Mail account with the BIS is that I don't like sending mail with my Yahoo mail address, because my clients then use that as the reply to address, etc. I like all my client email coming to my catchall address.

Resend the service books to you BlackBerry. You can do this from the BIS website.

Having the same issue recently. Resent service books from BIS site, but no luck.

BB is aware of the issue, but no fix yet: http://www.blackberry.com/knowledgec...65968&vernum=4
