I looked in the options for the Convenience button on the 7103e and there doesn't appear to be a way to make it go to the Home page. I don't want to go to my browsers home page but the phone's home page.

I did some searching and didn't get any hits on a generic shortcut to the Home page either.

Any way to get to the Home page quickly from anywhere on the device? I know I could hold the Shift key and press the Esc button to bring up the active apps and scroll to it, but that's a 2-handed operation.

If you press the red End key it will take you to the home page. I use the convenience key for Messages.

You didn't find the red end button? It's immediately to the right of the convenience key. It does exactly what you're wanting to program your convenience key to do. Press it from inside any application and you're there.

I didn't find that the function of the red button would do what I wanted when I searched before posting. Of course I found the red button on the phone!

My apologies! I misunderstood what it was you couldn't find. I was wondering how in the world someone could miss the end button. Whew!

I was wondering why my used minutes was so high!!

I use mine to lock my phone, because it always presses a key when I put it in the leather holster. I hate that, and it works out just wonderfully for me.
