Question 7130e "Profiles"

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 7130e. On a number of occassions my "profile" seem to change on its own. Sometimes I don't get any phone calls for a long time and when I check the phone, the profile is set to "Quiet" but I am sure I didn't change the setting myself.

Has anyone else experienced this, is there a gremlin in my BB or am I losing it?

I have this problem also. When I swich to vibrate and then back to ring via the # key. My ringer is shut off sometimes. It is just random, sometimes it shuts the rinnger off, sometimes it doesn't. I don't know why.

I noticed something like that too. When I used the "#" key I lose the ringer exceptions I've created in the active profile. So now I always go to the Profile screen, click and select the profile I want. Haven't had any problems since.

If I select the "loud" my 7130 it vibrates. Am I doing something wrong? assuming it should ring not vibrate

Check the LOUD profile configuration. If you holster it defaults to vibrate.
