yes -I have STFA's...

Is there a way to have the device ring AND vibrate at the same time?

Check out third party apps. One is Notifire and the other is by Webmessenger. These might help with any concerns you have.

I just noticed this too, turned off the vibrate and went with a loud ringtone.
