I need to be able to put the emails I send from my 7100g into my laptops Outlook program. If someone could help me that would be great. I'm running Office 2003 and I have a 7100g.

Have you looked in your Sent file in Outlook? Is "Save Copy In Sent Folder" checked in Desktop Manager?

I can't find this option at all, I was wondering where it is located? Is it on the Desktop Manager, or an option on the handheld? Either way, if you know where Save Copy in Sent Folder option is, any help would be appreciated.

The BlackBerry doesn't sync email (In, Out, Sent etc. - In either direction) just address, calendar, notes, task.

It's in the Desktop Manager. Go to Redirector Settings / Advanced Tab and look to see if there is a check mark next to "Save Copy in Sent Folder". Now when you send e-mails from your 7100g a copy will be saved in the Outlook file "Sent Items".

I am not running BES and therefore, I do not have redirector available. When I send an email, I would like that to be saved on my laptop (that is an advantage to email, written proof of coorespondence). However, as I see, BB without BES installed does not sync email, even sent items. Therefore, I guess I will have to set up another email on my laptop and BCC all sent emails to the additional email account being recieved on my laptop. If I want to I can manually shift it over to the sent folder. The only thing I wish I could do is have new or replied emails default include the BCC email address.

set up an email addy (i have ) and have sent mail from your blackberry forwarded to that (via your carriers BIS page). Next setup that email account in outlook. As a result all of your sent mail from your blackberry will show up in your inbox. If you would like to have them sent to a diffrent folder send me a PM and I will get you the directions. (don't know them off the top of my head and will have to look)

Is it possible that when repling to an email or composing a new email, bb will by default enter that other email address (in your example have the ) in the Bcc field to automate the process of forwarding sent email to MS outlook?

yes, check out your BIS page for the options.

Exactly. The rest of the directions are to setup a rule in outlook that looks at all mail downloaded from the new account and if it's a bcc from your bberry account move it to your sent items folder.

I am really new to a blackberry, less than a week. I take it the BIS page would be, in my case, on T-Mobile's website? Which has been down for over 2 days now!

I need help. One of my email accounts does not give me the option to auto BCC. Any suggestions to set up an auto bcc to a gmail account, so that outlook can download it and forward it too a sent folder.

Best advice: spring for a hosted BES account. Your e-mail (including sent e-mail) will be synchronized. There are several providers out there. I personally use MailStreet and highly recommend them.
