I just got a Verizon BB 7250 and i notived that it doesnt have a browser on it but the one on display did. is there a update i need to do? if not how do i get a browser on it.

Try to reactivate it by dialing the phone number *22899 If that does not fix it, log into the verizon BIS web site and see if there is an option to resend service books. If all else fails, call Verizon customer service.
