Question Need help with 7290

Please Login to Remove!

I am new to admin of BBs. I have a power user who gets a large amount of EMs and he needs to be able to delete messages off his BB and not have them remain on his workstation.

I have looked on my BES for a way to set this, but have not had luck. Is/are there rules or what do I need to do to set this BB up. RIM tech support told me that by default the BBs are set to keep messages on the user's workstation (even when you delete form the BB) and have to be deleted from user's workstation.

Huh? The whole concept of Wireless E-Mail reconciliation is to remove them in both places. Open the messages folder on the BB, click the wheel, select options and then Email Reconciliation. For the "Desktop" Message Service, change the "Delete on" to either Prompt or Mailbox and Handheld.
