Default BB sync problems

Please Login to Remove!

I am new to the blackberry and have a syncronization quesiton. I have a 8700c that I cannot get to sync with the cable to my outlook account on my home computer. I installed the software and everything talks back and forth fine, however, when I go through the setup and search for the folders for it to sync to (in outlook 2003) I cannot see any of them.

My outlook account downloads email from my MSN (hotmail) account. It has to use Microsoft Outlook Connector to do this because msn and hotmail choose to charge you for this feature for some reason. It tranfers my calendar, contact information, and notes between msn and outlook.

On my BB I can get my emails sucessfully, but it won't transfer the notes or changed contact information wirelessly like I thought it was suppose to. This was the reason I was going to sync it up with the cable.

Anyone have any ideas? I appreciate it...

Dan,

Did you ever get this issue resolved? Your problem is exactly the problem that I am having with my BB 8700.

Steve
