When I go into Messages, it lists my e-mail and the websites I have visited. Is there a way to turn this off so I only see my e-mails in that list and not websites visited? Thanks

Default Never seen that

Unless you are browsing and choose Save Page. Can you do a screen shot.

Search here for JL_cmdr. Really great utility that you should become familiar with.
