I am the BlackBerry administrator for our company.

We have about 23 devices and they are all running off BES 4.0.

We have one user who likes the push email, but would rather sync his contacts manually, with two different machines.

The home computer users Outlook 2000 and a pst file, while the work machine users Outlook 2003 and exchange.

Sometimes, well most times, he will change an appointment on his home machine, sync it with the BlackBerry, then bring it to the office to sync with his office machine.

But most of the time the office machine doesn't get that update, even though it doesn't show any errors or anything.

Has anybody deal with anything like this? Are there known issues with using one device to syncrhonize with two different machines?

I have the same problem. I sync at work (outlook 2000) and at home (outlook 2003). When I update an appointment it does not update on the outlook 2003 computer, it works fine on the outlook 2000 machine.
