Default should I switch from 7100G to 7130?

I have Cingular now with 7100G and the darn thing has 2 bars in my house so I can barely make a call with it. The volume stinks and I can barely hear anyone unless it's perfectly quite. I have an Acura and use bluetooth and have also noticed that I need to have the volume turned all the way up in my car to hear anything.

Is it worth switching from Cingular to Verizon because of lack of poor reception on voice calls? Would it be any better with the 7130E? I live in a big suburb in Cleveland and just don't think the reception with Cingular should be as bad as it is.

However, I don't want to spend the $ to make the change if it's going to be same thing with verizon.

Let me know. Thanks,
