This might be an obvious fix but would someone please clue me in?

Just a shot in the dark...
Is your Address Book sorted by Company Name? If it is, try changing it to Last Name.

When I call from my Blackberry, my company's name comes up on the receiving end. This is due to my line being under our TMO business account (BAN).
TMO does not seem to assign user names to Telephone #'s.
