Default syncing

is it possible to reconcile my email on the BB with outlook using the USB cable?

I've tried to and it doesn't seem to work. I've also tried turing wireless reconcile off in the options list under email reconciliation (while maintaining the main wireless function is off) and nothing works.

I'm on a corp. BES server

Nope. E-Mail doesn't "sync" - it is pushed by the BES when it hits the server. You can not sync your Inbox (Outlook) over to the BB Messages folder. It doesn't work that way.
