did you read more below. It say 8700c. "c"" mean cingular. it is not clearly.

Hmmm. I am not sure what is up the "c" part, most likely the people who typed it out just didn't think about the fact the "c" will be different for them

If you go to TMO UK's site, you will see that it is a 8700g. C is the Cingular designate. Different colour, Cingular logo vs. TMO logo.

Does anybody have verification on which model it is? I want to research it out and see if its worth the wait over my current plans.

No, the US version that is supposed to be coming out soon according to jibi and NJBlackBerry.
