Default Switching From 7290 To 7100i; Typing Learning Curve? Problem?

Please Login to Remove!

Iím very close to dropping my Cingular Corporate account with all the network and customer service problems they are having and move to Nextel. I have about 40 users on 7280ís & 90ís. Will my users be able to get past the different keyboard on the 7100i. Iím really concerned that they will constantly complain, and question my choice to move them to a different carrier. I have had my hands on a 7100i for less than 5 minutes personally. Has anyone else switched from the 7200 series to the 7100 series? If so, how smoothly was the transition?

Thanks
R
