We have limited space on our server to store emails, so I usually will move most of my emails to personal folders in Outlook (manually - about once a month or so). I have selected on the Desktop Manager to 'reconcile with the Personal Folders' - and ran a synch - and it created all the appropriate folders and put emails in them just fine.
However, all of those emails are still in my regular Inbox on the BB - they are not there in Outlook as I have moved them to the personal folders. Any idea how to get all these emails to actually move on the BB (without having to manually move or delete each of them)? Right now there are hundreds of duplicate emails on the handheld - in the regular Inbox, and in the personal folders. I have Verizon 7130e.

From Message Screen options/general options and set hide filed messages to yes. It should take care of your problem. You will then have to navigate to the folder to see the filed messages.
