Default 7100T Liquid Damage

I searched extensively on this topic and could not find any other posts. I recently had the usb charging port on my 7100T come loose and T-Mobile agreed to exchange the device. A month later my bill showed a $100 charge for liquid damage to the unit. Before sending the device in I made sure to look at the white stamp on the back that changes color in the even of liquid damage and it had not changed. There was no liquid damage to the unit. After speaking with T-Mobile regarding the issue, they refuse to remove the charge. I spoke with supervisor after supervisor and each one had the same response. I do have a picture of the back of the phone that was taken about a month before the replacement that shows no color change to the stamp. Has anyone ever delt with them on this issue? Does anyone have any suggestions? Should I just suck it up and pay the charge? Thanks for any advice regarding this problem. To say the least I am a little frustrated considering I have proof that there is no damage to the unit.

keep *****ing.

keep complaining.

keep calling in and threatening to drop their service.

eventually you should find someone in customer service who will do right by you.
