Default Newbie to forum 7230 vs 7730?

Hello all

I am a Palm user getting ready to make the switch to Blackberry using TMobile's Dataplan. I am trying to decide on which device to purchase. I am looking at either the 7730 of the 7230. I will not be using the device as a phone. Mainly for email, web and pda.

I know the 7730 is considerable higher in price is it worth the difference is cost considering my usages?

This is a great forum. Thank you for all of your help inadvance.

Size matters. At least it matters in a BB. Many people like the smaller form factor of the 7200 series. The 7700, while larger, obviously has a different "feel" in the hand. Since you aren't going to use it as a phone, that won't matter.

I suggest you go to a T-Mobile or Cingular/AT&T store and handle both sizes and see which one you like.
