I haven't found one, I have similar problems with it on my 7100.

I have a 7100i, on Nextel, getting locked up when I hit "Enter" in the BBtoday window to jump to Messages. I power down via the button on top, power up, and get this message : "Uncaught exception: Process BBToday [143] killed due to message queue overflow". Then I hit the OK button, and restart BBtoday and it's fine, if I remember not to try the Enter shortcut.

I get the same errors on my 7130e. if i hit any buttons other that the thumb wheel, the device locks up.

This is keeping me from really being able to embrace the product.

does anyone know who to contact about this?

Try using PocketDay instead of BBToday. See if you have the same problems.

Indeed, while most of what PocketDay offers is available free through a mash of other utilities, it is much nicer than BBToday and the overall integration is elegant. I have set it to open with the Month view and there is no better way to review the coming weeks. I personally use the Summary view for Weather, World Clocks, Stocks and Google Local searches (the Month view is perfect for appointments) but the Summary view can be used for apppointments if you like.
The Professional version is worth the price. Details are available for your stocks (high/low, volume). The included RSS reader is also very nice and the wired currency converter is great too.
It runs on my 8700r without any problems.
