The button spacing (lack thereof) on the 7100T is killing us. Is there any darn way to get a 7100V up and going on any US network (preferably TMobile our primary provider).

Do keep in mind that the buttons under the skin are the same from model to model. However, you should have no issues with getting an unlocked 7100v working on TMO's service. Just pop in your SIM. The phone needs to be unlocked. The PIN and/or IMEI may need to be released by the former provider.

I use the 7100V on Cingular now. I ordered the phone from Vodaphone Germany and it came unlocked.

I have been using the 7100v on TMO's network ever since the 7100's came out. Mine came unlocked from Vodafone in Germany as well....Everything works fine and the different themes you can now load work great even on OS 4.0....I use the 7700 small icon theme and the only thing that does not work (this is a documented issue) is the calculator....just pop in your sim and you are ready to go.....

Ok, how do I contact Vodafone? I seriously must have the 7100V. Much better button spread.

Check their website.....and shoot their customer service an email....not really a direct sales channel.....

Pricing was 350 Euros before for unlocked with NO service plan...

I'm planning to gat a 7100g (nice button spacing) to replace my 7100t.

I tried shooting their customer service an email and they told me that they dont ship internationally. I tried emailing the different regional customer service people as well, such as Germany, Australia, etc.

Any ideas???

Theres none on ebay. There has been 1 the past 6-7 days.

I would like to replace my 7100t with the 7100g on T-mobile as well. Are the dimensions the same? My only concern is that I use ProClip mount in my car. It fits the 7100t, but not sure of the 7100g. Probably would work.

Also, any suggestions on how to order the 7100g? My wife uses Cingular today so we are an existing customer. If I can just swap the SIM that would be great. Then the 7100t goes off to ebay!

How does the phone work on Cingular's network? Are you having problems with voice or data? Or is it all smooth?

I had my Tmobile phone unlocked and opened a Cingular account. The phone works, but it will not let me register on the Blackberry service because the PIN and IMEI number are with Tmobile. I called and had Tmobile release them, but Cingular states they cannot pick it up. Several people claim to have a working unit. How do you get the unit registered on Cingular's Blackberry service?
