Is there any fix for handhelds that can not sync contacts, calendar info wirelessly when there is a change to new entry on the handheld?

I have no issues going from changes/new entries made on my desktop sync'ing wirelessly to the 8700c. But the other way, things never sync up wirelessly.

first, always try a reboot (remove/reinsert battery)

check in the PIM settings (of Intellisync in the Desktop manager)

-> if you are on BES, it shouldn't let you select anything for Contacts, Tasks and Memos (calendar should be at "Blackberry Wireless Synch")

-> if you do try to select Outlook or anything else , you should receive an error msg like this " intellisync unavailable for *** because the application is configured for wireless synching "
