I am on an project to migrate users from BES 3.6 to BES 4 in the UK, and installing some 8700 devices. On the 8700 devices only (so it seems), the e-mail aliases have changed. For example.....
You have an entry within the address book of the BB called 'John Smith'. John Smith has the e-mail address of 'John.Smith@example.com'
Once migrated via Enterprise Activation, the address entry above remains the same, but when sending e-mails to 'John Smith', they actually go to 'Paul Jones', who just happens to be another contact within your BB address book.
Unfortunately, I do not have access to the BES to check this, as I am only a lowly PC Support person, but any feedback regarding this issue would be greatly appriciated.
