Does anyone know how to configure the handheld to show more than 7 days of emails? I am a BES User and we just set this up this week.

I can see all of the email in Lotus Notes.

Tomorrow you will have 8 days of mail. The device starts holding mail on the day you activate it. You can set option for how long to keep messages, but minimum is 15 days.
From Message List, click trackwheel and select Options, then General Options.

That seems strange. I set the "keep for" option to forever.

Forever starts from the day you activated the device.

There is also another issue with this setup. I have no access to the older emails in my Folders.

I just wish there was a way to allow viewing of older emails.

You have to send them all to yourself. I believe you can just create a rule to forward all emails to your bb address and then run the rule "now". I know this will work for Outlook atleast.

Thanks for the reply. Does anyone have a tip on how to accomplish this in Lotus Notes?
