Hey my boss gave me his phone to fix his email, it's not working on his new blackberry. Can i edit email options from the phone? Or do I need to synch it via a computer? I have a treo, and know my way around it very very well but I've never owned a blackberry. Now, I want to use yahoo, and the blackberry.net email, how do i set that up?

Was the email ever working before, or are you trying to setup completely new accounts? Did your boss just switch BlackBerrys? And no, you do not HAVE to sync with a computer, everything can be wireless.

It sounds like you need to log into the cell carriers BIS website (BlackBerry Internet Service) and configure his account. Who is the carrier?

Yes, he did switch blackberry's. And he's through T-mobile, where's that site?
also, it's been setup, but it's not working, so it's gotta be incorrect setup lol
