Just got the 7130e from Verizon for our BBerry users. Trying to put together good handsfree setup for people's cars.

Have had a hard time finding a good quality custom fit car holder for this device.

Proclip USA still does not carry the holder. Soon I hear.

brodit.se (seems to be the maker of the Proclip units) shows the device p/n 840670 for BBerry 7130 for USA (or 968670 w/ cig plug). So someone must be reselling somewhere in the world.

Any ideas where to look. Not much luck Googling.

This is taking more time than it should.

There should many options for custom car cradles, but sadly there are not. Confusing considering some US states and other countries are mandating "Hands Free" only cell phone in cars.

Anyone out there have any good solution to cradling the 7130 in an automobile?? I have tried to search this Forum, but only found recent cradling thread on the 8700. I would think there are many users needing a good solution to this problem. Right now my new device sits in a drink holder, while I sit my coffee cup in my lap, or vice versa.

There's gotta be a better answer. RIM nor Verizon are much help, at least not on-line.

Wait for the pro clip folks they will come thru..and the product will be an exact fit. Not made to fit 10 models decently, but made to fit your model exactly. I waited over 4 months for the pro clip for the 7100i and it was worth the wait. Be patient....you and your people willbe glad you did.
