I have a Cingular 7100 and would like for it to not show sent items when composed from the handheld, on the handheld or inbox on exchange.

I believe this is done from Email Settings, Folder redirection and check off Inbox, the problem there is the entry for Desktop is greyed out and I can't select to choose Inbox.

I have a Nextel 7100 that works as I would like it and it has the option to drill down the desktop and choose Inbox. That is the only difference that I can tell.

Can you help?

Why is is greyed out and how can I fix. Or am I barking up the wrong tree?
