how to update the time automatically on the 7130e
 

I have a 7130e and travel quite a bit which means crossing time zones all the time. After I get off the plane and turn the phone on, the time DOES NOT update to the local time. It still shows the time from my home time zone. How can I fix this? Thanks.

Do a search for Timezone and you will find help.

Your carrier is transmitting the time signal as UTC time. The BB adjusts the display using the time zone set on the device.

Be carefull when changing the time zone. All your appointments will move accordingly.

This is not an issue of setting timezone. Blackberry needs to provide an option to display network time or set timezone time i.e. it is a matter of providing a display option.
