Default Sprint 7250 PRL Won't Update

Please Login to Remove!

New device activated a few days, non-EVDO PRL currently loaded. I don't even want to admit how many times I have called star 2 over the last few days. (At least 50 times)

Everything looks good until I hang up and then I get an "activation is unsuccessful" error. Any ideas on a fix without going to a sprint store? If I do have to go does anyone have a clue as to how long this process will take?

Thanks

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry7250/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/104)

I had the same problem. Are you running 4.1 OS? I also re-sent my service book from BIS and the PRL update worked on the very next try. Good luck.

Thanks for the response. Resent the service books and still 0 for 3. I am running 4.1.

I will try a few more times.

Thanks
