Exclamation NEW to BB and Cingular....NEED HELP!!

Please Login to Remove!

So I was forced to make migrate from cingular blue to orange. I purchased an 8700 and thought I was going to be able to get it up and working right on the blue network. I came across all sorts of problems and spent a full day working with CC reps trying to figure this out....no luck. Finally, I decided to just give and in migrate to orange so that I would be able to utilize all my new BB features (push email, edge, etc)
Coming from a treo 650 and being a palm expert, im quite lost on this whole new BB system. The main reason I switched was because I wanted to WIRELESSLY sync my PERSONAL outlook to my blackberry and have up-to-date calendar, contacts, tasks, memos, email etc.... and now im having difficulties accomplishing that.....

I was told I needed a BES, but im very lost on all this new technical stuff.

Basically what im asking is if there is a way I can wirelessly sync my whole personal outlook to my BB 8700. I do not want to plug in and sync via the cable. and if so what are my different options and most cost effective alternatives. Thanks for all your help guys!!!!

The only way to wirelessly sync outlook is to get onto BES. If your company doesn't have BES, then you can pay for one, do a quick search.

I haven't used it in a long time, but is the desktop redirector still an option?

Redirector handles email. You'll need BES for wireless sync.
