I'm running WinXPsp2 with MS outlook and Act2006. I installed the BB software 4.1 that came with device and selected the internet option. It's the second check box. It's not the one that says for Exchange. The software connects to the device and when I select configure RIM a box opens and I see the list of options to sync with. I select calendar with Act but the OK icon is not highlighted and I've tried the same with Outlook. Outlook express will make the OK icon highlight. Is this common and is there a fix?
