I have upgraded the operating system on my T-Mobile 7100t from 4.0.0.215 (which is what it was shipped with) to 4.02.49 and now I cannot receive/send emails. I want to revert to the previous firmware version but cannot find anywhere to download it from (including the t-mobile website).

Can anyone help?

It should be on the cd you got with it, also if it was installed in your pc and you did not delete it from your pc when you upgraded, you should simply be able to unistall the current one and the older one whould then become the active one, so after you reconnect the BB and launch the desktop manager it should prompt you to downgrade.

Thanks for your quick reply. I tried what you said but the tick box is greyed out when I run the application loader. I had to remove the vendor file from the directory just so it would pick up the files....could this be my problem?
