Default Can't delete email from 8700c

Please Login to Remove!

The Email Reconciliation options are:

Delete on: Prompt
Wireless Reconcile: On
On Conflicts: Mailbox Wins

Emails just will not delete from my handheld. It doesn't give me an error, it actually acts like it deletes but the email is still there. I have tried reconcile now, reboot, on and off, etc. Just can't get it to delete emails. What to do?

set it handheld wins. common mistake people make. Then after doing that open messages>opyions> e-mail options and click the track wheel and select "purge deleted items" this will delete them from the BIS if that is what you are using and you should be all set. let me know if that works...
