If I delete an e-mail from my handheld it is deleted from Outlook. However, if I delete an e-mail from Outlook or move it to a different file it is not deleted from my handheld inbox. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using a BES or BIS or desktop redirect? BIS and desktop redirect will only reconcile one-way; changes on the BB will be reflected in the external mailbox, but not the other way around.
When you mean delete do you mean PURGE (empty) the deleted items folder?
If so 1st we need to know if your company has set a 1 day holding of those emails within the MS Exchange Server/Notes Domino Server, and then if they're auto deleted.if you delete them too quickly then the BB HH wont see them because it cannot reconcile them but a quick Reconcile Now on the HH may remedy the situation on a time by time basis.
