Question HELP!! Re-Loading the Operating System on 7290 Blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

I have loaded the Desktop software (latest version 4.1.0.10)

I have loaded the (Blackberry 3.7 for the Wireless Handheld) software Platform (1.6.1.23)

When I go to the "application loader" in the desktop software I click NEXT then the USB connection to the Blackberry is selected by default showing the PIN.....(this is all ok..)

BUT at the next stage "DEVICE APPLICATION SELECTION" there are NO applications/ OS to select and install??????

Please can you help me out and tell me what I am doing wrong???

Thank you ALL..

You need to get the latest OS software from BlackBerry for your 7290. You should be able to get version 4 of this. Find it on the BlackBerry website and choose the appropriate service provider then download the latest OS. Install this on your PC and use the desktop software to load it on your handheld.
