Cool 7100g busy signals

Please Login to Remove!

I have had a problem with people getting busy signals when they are trying to call me occasionally, has anyone else had this problem and if so is there anything I can do about it? Would reseting the phone work? And would anyone know where I can find the OS 4.1 upgrade for my 7100g and does it make a difference, by the way Im on Rogers.

Thanks, I actually reset it and it answers calls quicker now. This may be a stupid question but will upgrading to 4.1 affect the phone anyway negatively being that Im on Rogers?
