I bought a Blackberry 8700 and subscribed to the unlimited Blackberry Addon ($19.99), but I am not getting my email on my BB for some reason. I just activated my account today and I previously had a BB 7230 with the same plan and everything used to work fine. After just speaking with the T-mobile customer support (who didn't really know about the BB 8700), I was told I would not be able to recieve my email unless I subscribed to the more expensive $29.99 plan. I just sent myself a PIN message and received it just fine.
I am using the Blackberry Desktop Redirector on my PC.
Does anyone know if actually have to upgrade my service or should I just be patient and wait it out since I just started my service today?
