Default screen display problem

Please Login to Remove!

last nite, i took the 8700c out of the holster to answer a phone call. What I noticed was a red line and green line running down the left side of the screen and a white line running horizontally across the screen about a 1/4 of the way down. Anybody have any idea what caused this or what to do? I have never dropped this phone or damaged it in anyway.

Sounds like either a bad LCD or main logic board. In either case, I would contact customer care and arrange for a repair/replacement.
