I ran the application loader and it says No system software was found on your device, Should it show something??
I was going to add pocket day to see how it worked but I would think the app loader would show the existing sw on my phone right??

Oh - sorry. Only been asked and answered dozens of times.

You have to download and install the handheld operating system for the 7130e from your carrier. At this point you only have Desktop Manager installed; you need to install the handheld OS also.

Not to sound like a smart ars but my phone is working and I didnt dl any sw from the carrier that I know of. Are you suggesting I go get the latest opp sw from verizon and dump it?

Yes, I realize your phone is working. You don't NEED to have the handheld software on your PC unless you a) want to upgrade the phone or b) want to install 3rd party software like Pocket Day that requires you to have the handheld software installed on your PC.

I am not suggesting you dump anything.

Well I installed the latest sw from Verizon to be sure Im up to date. Thanks for the support
