Default Swithing sim cards

I uploaded all of my cntacts to the Address book on the nextel website.

"Is it ok to switch simcards in my blackberry to my 760, I was recently using the blackberry and have all the new numbers in there and was wondering if they are ok to move that one to the 760?"
