Default Not getting emails when laptop is turned off?

Please Login to Remove!

Anyone know why my boss would stop getting emails on his blackberry when he logs off his laptop?

Is he using the Desktop Redirector?

Well, the Desktop Redirector can only redirect e-mail when the laptop is turned on, connected to the corporate network, with the redirector running...

That's one of the limitations..

If he turned his laptop off, it won't redirect. It can't redirect.

May I suggest you read the Sticky Thread FAQ on the different ways of getting e-mail to your BlackBerry. A BES (or hosted BES) solution may work best for you.
