Default New desktop software for 8700?

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 7290 and my new 8700 will be arriving today. For those who have switched from the 7290 to the 8700, were you able to just plugin your 8700 and synch? Or, did you need to install new desktop software?

You will need the new desktop if you want to install apps to the 8700 that aren't OTA.
