Default transaction error-failure at service

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,
I am trying to email from my address book on the 8700C. Everytime I reply to emails received they go through no problem but when composing a new message from a contact in my address book on the BB I get "transaction error-failure at service" message. Any ideas? I have 4.1.0.194 installed. It also drops my H605 bluetooth headset all the time and then finds it again??
Thanks for any and all help.

For starters...get rid of the OS. The Cingular OS is the worst one out there....load Bharti or some other one....search for the thread on OS upgrades....it's in the general discussion area.

its not an operating system problem, its much simpler... its an encryption key problem......its not just a cingular problem either, its just the way the RIM OS is....just delete your service books, generate new encryption keys<send new service books> should fix your problem

or upgrade to bharti since its the greatest thing since sliced bread

OK, I just completed the update to 4.1.0.286 and the zen theme, that thing is cool. That fixed my dropped bluetooth headset issues which is a big plus and also the message that i was getting the error message on before sent no problems. now i see by your comment that I am going to have to do another upgrade to bharti so its off to the upgrade thread i go......thanks for the help and info. How do you delete and add service books? If you dont feel like answering ill do a search.
Thanks again!
